IT'S THE WINNING MARBLE:

The following was perhaps better left to imagination, but here are random (out-of-order, interrupted) clips of the Kitten Random Number Generator in action. Or "action," as the case may be.

I filmed sporadically, missing the true beginning, as well as some of the re-dos (after we leveled the board, etc.), and the actual final moments; you will hear my surprise when I suddenly realized there was FINALLY only one marble left. Heh.

I especially like the kittens' entire disinterest in the Final Three Marbles, requiring the addition of yet more toys, unnumbered marbles rolling by, etc. Alert listeners may also hear me muttering about "Fail" part way through.

Yes, I can see that! Specs (the one in front) also has that, "You talkin' to me?" thing going on. The purple-ish thing is an old comforter taped (not just draped!) over my daughter's futon-- these little beings are mes-sy.

It helps that I like olives, especially green ones-- of which there's a hint.

I hope GEC uses this bone on other patterns, going forward.

(Not that GEC's bone ever looks the same twice from run to run, regardless of same/similar names! )

What's the blade length on the pemberton?

From the edge of the rounded bolster, around 5.2ish cm, 2 3/16" (parallax throws off the visuals, but here's the idea):
