    Spark, I agree 100% with your comments and those of the posters you've referenced. Mike, Mary Beth and Annie are great to deal with. The first time I walked into the store, I was treated like royalty. Mary Beth and Annie patiently assisted me as I looked at about 50 knives. Mike even came over to introduce himself. I only bought three knives that day, but my prior on-line experiences with them have been outstanding!

    Living about an hour away, shipping has always been next day. One time, Mary Beth offered to meet me on her way home, so I received my order the same day! Since then, I've taken Mary Beth up on her generous offers to bring my knives with her, and meet her as she travels the hour plus each way to work. That's dedication. This is service above and beyond what any customer could expect.

    I try to do all my business with them, and each time I get a chance to travel near Bluefield, I always make it a point to stop by. Another benefit of visiting them is the great food served at their lunch counter!

    I always try to send them business whenever dealer info is requested in the forums.
    Thanks to Mike, Annie and Mary Beth for the great service and attention to detail they give me each time I order from them...Kudos to the entire NG crew! You've got a customer for life here.

  3. I have ordered twice from them, and both times they took very good care of me. The first was for a Cold Steel mini knife, I forget the name of it, it was CS's representation of a Sgian Dubh. The next time was for two Benchmade Vex's. Both times they were very accomadating, and shipped promptly. Speaking to them over the phone the first time, and through email the second time was a pleasant experience as well. I firmly believe that they are well deserving of this accolade.

    I drove to Bluefield last week and bought a Kershaw Cyclone from them. Great people, very nice to deal with and a ton of knives to look at and handle.

    Just received two more knives from New Graham. I've made several purchases from them and they are great people. Competitive pricing, super quick shipping and very helpful people on the phone. Good website, too.
    Oh, and the complimentary band aids come in handy!

    When I need a production folder, it's Spark's excellent site or New Graham for me. Perfect satisfaction, every time. Many, many thumbs up.:thumbup:

    Yep, they dont consider canada "a foreighn order." The shipping rates are the same as in the U.S (I think) and they tighten up the pivot for crossing the border what more could you ask? (Well maybe a special discount for B.F members;))

    A few months ago, I purchased a Leek Ti-handle ZDP189 PE from them. Exemplary transaction! I also like the NGK TV videos... The one that "tortures" me the most is the tour of the store! Makes me wish I didn't live 700 miles away...

    Another big thumbs up for Mary Beth at New Graham's. :thumbup::D

    Last November I inquired about the availability of the Leatherman Skeletool as my wife was asking for Christmas ideas for me. I emailed Mary Beth, and she said that they were on back order from the manufacturer and didn't know when they would be available. Great straightforward answer with no bull. I respect that. I gave my wife some other ideas from New Graham's site, and I was still a very happy camper on Christmas morning:)

    Fast forward to yesterday April the 1st, I get an email from Mary Beth stating that she had one is stock. I mean,WOW:eek:, I wasn't expecting that kind of customer service. To get back in touch with me FOUR months after a quick little "do you have..." email. Class act. I bought the tool on principle because of that act of professional class.

    New Graham is fantastic.:thumbup:

    I concur with the comments about NGK, excellent people to do business with, as I commented on elsewhere on the board..................

    The Aussie-sourced Natives by the way, are held up in Customs due to other less-reputable knives (?) bought by the Dealer delaying clearance of the shipment.

    I just received another box from them today, they're on of the few businesses that truly values their integrity more than a dollar. And believe me, they get my dollars!

    More Praise here, i sent an email about a BM 930 Kulgera that was out of stock and got a very timely reply on the next business day from NGK telling me when they were inspected to be in stock and it was right on the money. Also the last time i ordered a knife from them the shipping was very fast.

    Not trying to beat a dead horse here..........NGK is absolutely top-notch!! I ordered a YIN/YANG spyderco kitchen knife set. Arrived in 2 days......perfectly bubble wrapped. They have another life-long customer in me!!
