Now you're talking!! That's not a bad idea. Instead of making scales/handles for a mule team, we can try our hand at kydex sheaths (Or maybe leather for some).

I'll take 2...:D

I really like the idea of a swick-like knife with a leaf-shape blade. Not that I need another small fixed blade knife, but I really want to try a knife with the index-finger hole. May pick up a Caspian someday, but I'm really more interested in something with a plain edge and flat grind. S30V steel would also be very good.

I tend to dislike most sheaths that come from the manufacturer, so making my own sheath for it would be just fine with me.

Count me in on this one.
 
Let's keep this thread alive, maybe it will help Sal decide to do a sprint run of Swicks. The only change I wouldn't mind would be adding a half inch to the blade. The Swick is perfect INMO, you cann't improve the wheel...
 
I would let the Swick be exactly at it is - just do a new run of it.
Wharnie is good, S30V is good, handle shape is good... I would probably get two.
 
I hope the new swick will be like salsa -- a "large" and useful knife in a small package.
