The RC5 is a Beast ! I can not wait until I can get out and use & abuse her !..High Quality sheath.....Great set up from RAT Cutlery,Thanks!:D

My Izula's ....I picked up another RC3 Orange G10 PE in the F/S section and waiting on my KSF Lefty Sharpshooter RC3 & RC4 sheaths
 
You only have 1 RC-6....and I thought you liked Rat Cutlery

The RC-5 looks mean as hell! I should have mine soon as well:thumbup:

The RC5 is a hefty beast.....:) I think it will get to be my new Truck knife in my BOB coupled with an Izula. The scales are excellent with the burned in logo and bow drill divot, the sharpen pommel is wicked...first thing I did upon opening the RC5 was let the sheath stay up all night with retaining straps in the open position with a phone book sitting on her,that away when I open the dual straps they will spring away from the withdrawal of the blade,if not you could accidentally nick them with the RC5 sharp edge......boy I hate to say it but I think you could pry bricks with this bad mo-fo !:p Kids don't try that at home .. ;)use the proper tool for the job :p
 
Tony...Jeff's still in Peru right....do you think he knows you have found a set of keys to the RAT's vault...you do know he will come back..........:D

What a great set of knives (not that I'm envious, well maybe just a LOT).
 
Great pictures, it's nice to see all the side by side comparisons.
Does the green on the RC-5 match the green on the Izula?

The Green paint does match all the Green RC's one of the 1st things I did ,I love Green knives ! I laid the green Izula on the RC5 and they blended in so well together...
 
I have gone away from factory knives, except for RATs. I just have an RC4 and Izula, but I think I am going to get the RC5. I like blades that I can really brutalize and I really like the sheath that comes with it.
 
Sorry I did not focus more on the RC5,I will do that when I get it out and use it...one thing I can say is the sheath is awesome,I put my RC fire kit in the pocket and the RC5 comes with a leg retaining strap if you want to use it, semi stretchy and fully adjustable,with molle loops and strap on back with tandem snaps and belt loop for standard carry option. If you are 1/4" thick knife guy,like I am,you'll love this knife even more....everybody needs a knife to pound on and this is the RC to do some serious pounding on ! all I can say is WOW...if you are in or going into the Armed Forces,Here is a knife you'll want to have.... Jeff,Mike,Shon....Excellent Job guys this knife is going to kick ass .

Thanks for the reply Tony, I have a RC-5 on the way and was hoping it would match the other green RATs.
I just wish you could get the green RC-3 and 4s with canvas micarta, they look great together.
Does anyone know where to get canvas micarta panels like what comes on the RC-3MIL?
