New RAT's joining my others

Nice Tony! :thumbup: So far I've got only plain edges in my collection (rc-3 mil, 2 rc-4's, and 3 izulas). I'm thinking of getting a serrated version of something at some point...when I get more money. Do you use your serrated rats much? Which knife do you like best in the serrations or which do you think they are the most practical on? Thanks :D

Thanks bro,for me and SE RAT's is easy... The RC3MIL ,for me the RC3 works great at work,cutting anything from boxes,tape,rope,twine,wire(small gauge in aircraft),Seat belts... interior plastic,carpet...cutting up lunch...ETC... I love the RC3MIL

TXtonyD, Kudos on a most impressive Rat pack my friend. I feel as though the gauntlet has been thrown down, and it is now my mission to acquire at least as many RAT's as you... My wife aught to love this one:D Anybody got a spare room for rent, or maybe some yard space for a guy to pop a tent???

Wow, what a collection you have! One day, I will have that many. Sometime within the next 3 years .. give or take a year and 4 months. :D
 
Nice snags, Tony! Let us know how it works for you! Anyone care to try out the bowdrill divot? I'm very interested in how well it works and what it does to the micarta--though I fully realize it's designed more for emergency use.

If I remember correctly the issue with replacement scales was that the scales are matched individually to the blades to ensure proper fit and finish. As a result it's impossible to sell scales that line up well enough to meet quality control standards.
 
FTB,you are correct on the scales... I plan on giving the bow drill divot a work out as well,

dangit TTD.... just dangit. You have every RAT that I want! lol. I really want the RC3mil, Izula and RC6. Idk if i'll get the RC5 or stick with my BK2. congrats on your rats.
 
Holy cow!!! I need a towel to wipe the drool of my keyboard. I'd also love to see some more green knives with canvas micarta. It's a great look.
 
Awsome table'o'knives Tony!!! Seeing that makes me feel better when you scooped the orange rc4 before me when my message board was full the other day. The reason I feel better is I now know you are more afflicted with the sickness than me and NEEDED your prescription!!!
I have the replacement coming next week with a firekit and an rtakII.
