• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

NEW RC-4 Pics

Thanks bear! Very speedy and helpful. Looks like just what I was hoping for in the handle, I was worried the rear end would be so short it would necessitate choking up to the choil to get a full grip.

No not at all you get a good grip without having to choke up. I'll get those Mora picts up next to the RC-4.

Just pulled the trigger on the RC-4, thanks to this thread!
Picked up a Kabar cutlass machete, as well, at cumberland knife works.
Now I just need a finger grooved buck 110 and my list is done. (for now)

Bear, i was thinking the same thing about the handle on the RC4. Could you do pics now with the RC3? I was thinking I would like the RC3 for Spring thru Fall and the RC4 for Winter. Reason being in Winter I wear bulky gloves, as most do, and would find a bit more handle and blade length beneficial.

Thanks for the Mora pics bear, that really helps a lot. I believe I will definitely be getting one of the RC4 kits from Spark if he decides to do that, in no small part due to you! You're a bad influence on my wallet... :D

On the first page under "Size comparison with similar sized knives" you will find the RC-3 next to the RC-4.

Very Nice!

Is the sheath stock?

That's good to see. Looks like a quality sheath. Another reason why the folks at RAT actually give a damn, and should be supported.

We knew this RC-4 would be a hit with a lot of folks, especially with Rowen manufacturing it. You just don't get any better quality than a Rowen manufactured knife. I suspect some day Rowen may enter this market as their own brand also ;) Looking forward to that day if they do.

Great pics, as always Bear. You da man!

Jeff

Awesome pictures. I hope that first one gets entered into the RAT photo contest!

I'm excited to receive mine that I ordered from this weekend. Unfortunately, mine has to shuffle through customs before it finds its way home....

LMAO - you'll just make another list (if you haven't done so already!)
