Thank you all for having me for 10 years now........

Same to you gizmoman! My slicer is going to look an awful lot like yours when my blue screws get here next week.

Nice hardware gizmo!!

My blue screws should be here Tuesday or Monday I believe.

All I'll need is blue pivot screws and I'm set.

I cook.. Create in the KITCHEN...... I can barely TIE my shoes.. No one of our own sells me and ties all my lanyards

Very nice N2K. I love the working finish. WF lock side too! Sweet! Looks great buddy. A WF xm will be my next hinderer quest. Congrats on yours it's a beauty.

Thanks...I'm certainly ticking off boxes on my want list. And Monday cannot come soon enough to check one more.

Great knife FO. I've been working like a mad man lately.

I have some WF knives to post myself.

Hope you don't get too much snow tonight!

so......how well does a wharnie handle say, an apple? would you say its a better slicer than say a slicer? I've seen my spanto leave my pocket a bit more often lately, only on account of the need for food prep etc... not that a spanto can't handle an apple or a pear, but its more of a splitter than a slicer...... i kind of feel silly carrying two knives, so my lunchtime apples usually get the cleaver treatment ala spanto... gets embarrassing when my lunchtime dominos buddies stop playing to watch my apple malling antics!

Haven't peeled any fruit with mine yet; nor have I gone reverse-grip artery hunting. It often gets carried as a 3rd or 4th folder just 'cause. What I tend to use it for is finer cutting where tip-cutting with the Wharnie makes the tasks simple. Poking, slicing, etc.
