New Skylines!

64 blue and 421 red according to BladeHQ on page 3.

Still, there were 600 Damascus ones made, and look what they're selling for.

Thanks to solidorange for referring to page 3 with the numbers. I figired it was at least 1000 reds. Literally saw the numbers and went to the site and ordered one. Still kick myself for not buying a blue one from them. I check out their site a few times a week and thought I would just pick one up later. Oops.

Yeah me too. Purchased a red today but kicking myself on the blue.

I am totally late to the game. Was able to order a red one from BladeHQ, but I guess I'll be at the whims of the secondary market for a blue one. Just gotta keep my eyes open. Thanks BladeHQ for supporting the skyline habit!

Anyone got an extra blue one? ;)

I would act fast if any hit the market with as few made as there were, it won't be long and these will sell higher than damascus ones

I asked about the red skylines when I ordered my 350sw last week. He didn't give me numbers, but he said they weren't running out anytime soon. Definitely more than the 50 or so blue stonewashed.

421 Reds. Way more than the blues, but still a lot less than quite a few limited production Kershaws that fetch big $$

Sorry not you^. Anyone in general that might want to get one soon. I can see it looked like I meant you. Still new and getting use to posting here.

I got one. The blade doesn't center very well, but I'm not returning it. I wonder where one could pick up some brass bushings in that size? I don't suppose Home Depot carries them?

I've handled 4 of the 64 and They were all peaches! Try the paper trick to straighten her out.

Can someone explain the paper trick or point me in the direction of a thread. Thanks

Loosen all the screws on the handle including the pivot. Stick a piece of paper (I use thin cardboard) between the blade and the side of the scale/liner that the blade is off center to. Re-tighten the screws starting at the bottom.

Doesn't always work...good luck.

Well not a very good description really but you get the idea. The paper should be wide enough to center the blade. Try an even thicker spacer pushing the blade past center if the first one doesn't do the trick.
