• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

New stuff from Kershaw

I just got one myself not too long ago.
I remember drooling over/not being able to afford that one back in the mid-80's. Saw a guy w/ one @ a local gun show w/ the shoulder rig & I thought that was the coolest thing I had ever seen.
I had the Amphibian back then & I thought I was as 'knifed up' as any young man could be. Hope you're enjoying yours- I'm eyeballing some kydex & a modified carry rig to scratch some leftover James Bond-ish itch- hell that rig would probably never leave the house... who am I trying to fool- some boys never grow up ;)

those rescue blurs look truly amazing, i just recently joined the local fire dept. and am seriously considering buying one

does kershaw have a main website??

Presenting, the Kershaw Ken Onion Storm. Available in both 3 and 3.5 inch blade lengths. Steel is Sandvik 13C26 stainless. Integral locks with steel handles and Trac-Tec grip tape inlays.

Sorry guys....again, no Speed Safe on this one.

I bought my nephew one of these yesterday for Xmas. It is one of the best values on the market right now. I paid under $30 (just a bit more than a Vapor at the same place) and it is great. The lock up is solid, the grip tape is installed well, the ergos are good (it is an Onion design), and I really like the clip. Plus it is made in the USA. The only ? in my mind is the blade steel because I'm not familiar with that Sandvik alloy. Most Sandvik steel seems to be pretty high quality though.

If I hadn't just been laid off last week (Merry Christmas!) I would have bought one for myself. Along with a Spydie Paramilitary or Stretch.

Paul
