I have no qualms about using my ZT knives, they will take it. On the off chance that it won't, I'll bet their awesome warranty will cover you.

My complaint, with the Male-tube-Male pivots rather than the Male-Female, is from use. They loosen much more from use, in my experience.

Shouldn't need it. I have or have had lots of knives that didn't need loctite to stay solid. There's no advantage to the Male-tube-Male pivots I've found, but there are disadvantages, so why use them.
