Atleast These should be custom quality since they are taking the same amount of time to build as a custom.
 
My waiting stopped when I picked up a 0550 plus a translucent green scale. I'm really loving this knife so I'll wait until the 0560 is in the market and people review them a few times.
 
I've had mine on pre-order since early August 2011. Even then, I felt a bit late since I was unable to get my first choice in finish options. I wanted plain Elmax. Wound up with a place in line for the tiger stripe Elmax w/ black scale. I know it will be awesome, still going to keep an eye out for the plain.

Wow that sucks think mine was August or July too and no worries with choice I think my dealer was getting 125 of both and pre orders stayed open a long time after.
 
I wonder how many each dealer gets out of the first batch? I'm in the "top twenty" at my dealer hopefully that's high enough.

No, of course not! Show it with a blue scale then yes, that might cause a small riot to break out
