If zero tolerance came out with a full frame titanium 560, call it the 562 for instance, textured stonewashed titanium scales both sides with titanium screws and keep the stonewashed blade I would jump on it like white on rice. Just sayin'

Drill, cut and file to make flat. This one still needs some primer cleanup.

I would press the primer out first. I have some Hirtenberger Ammo from the 90s that will work great for this. Most will not notice on a glance that its not Hinderer!

I just did this one tonight. I have to get some more of my brass that my dad has and I am going to try some different things. I just drilled through the primer on mine, it worked pretty good. I will try to press one out when I do it again and see how that works.

The Dremel sure made quick work of the casing. Just have to get some more interesting brass!

Thats what I was thinking. Takes a lot of heat to on that brass though. I tried it on the one I made last night, but I didn't get it anywhere near hot enough. I will try it again as soon as I get more empties!

This thread is slowing down since many have received their 0560s! In case those who are waiting and wishing have not noticed .... in the dealer forum there are a number in stock at MAAP. I just checked and out of the initial stock of 48, there are 40 indicated as remaining.

I think sprint needs to be Composit no matter the steel. I'm poor now but I'd eat Raman for a few weeks for a Composit 560.

Seriously blows... Screw on The 560 was so tight it stripped instead of unscrewing. Excitement from the Peter R scale just went down the drain.

It was a frame screw and I used the correct torx it just wouldn't move at all and gutted the screw. I already sent ZT an email. The first 2 didn't exactly come out easy and were caked in lock tight so that hints to the weld like attachment it had.
