New ZT/Hinderer Flipper is Coming!!!0560/0561

Fun with my 0560 today...

First I made this.

Thanks guys. Sensi703, I plan on using a .357 as well. I just haven't gotten around to shooting any to get the casings yet. I figured I'd do this in the meantime to hold me over.
 
Well, Thanks go out to Kershaw, ZT, Thomas, Rick and Kershaw Guy for the ZT561 I received in the mail yesterday!!! Was worth the wait. Sweet folder. Very Happy!! Come on Cryo!!!!
 
I have a 561 coming thanks to dark impaler, said he will ship it tomorrow. It's the closest I will ever get to a Hinderer, but from they way you guys talk it doesn't sound like I'm settling. Should be here just in time to try out my new Congress Tools stones for my edge pro. I will need to sharpen my Elmax 0561 and my 710-2 in M390, sounds like I have my work cut out for me. I think I shall make this thread my new home.
 
Forgive me for not wanting to search this thread, I have a 550 which is the maximum blade length allowed for carry in my state. Does the 0560 style come in a 3.5" version or is it 4" only? It looks like they fixed my two gripes with the 0550, jimping behind the blade and a flipper. Nice lookin knife!

They currently only come with a 3.75" blade.
 
Got notification that they were ready to ship to me exactly 1 day apart. I knew that was going to happen:

By the way, I absolutely do not care for huge folders (it's why I got rid of my 0301 and 0200 - I loved the knives, but knew I would never carry them). I cannot put this 0561 down. It is an amazing knife and probably the only huge folder I'll carry (the low-rider pocket-clip is probably the reason for that).

I agree. The 0560 is a great balance of tank and stealth fighter. Too often I find that larger folders are a pain to carry and the blade is so thick that they don't cut worth a crap. To me the 0560 is large enough to feel like a FB that cuts and rides in pocket well.

.38/.357, 9mm both fit perfectly. I like the .38/.357 though for the larger rim. It just looks better, and the .357 is just cooler :D
