Glad I found this. A flipper and a longer blade than my 0550... Pencil me in Dave. :thumbup::D

Just because I bugged ya about the 0550/0551 and probably asked more then Once to be on the lists. I know I asked numerous other stupid questions about other knives. Bothered you with I want this or that and this even though it's not out, doesn't mean I'm going to do it about the flipper.

Wait, who am I kidding! Yes I am.


I want to know, I want to know! I want pictures! And I definitely want on the list I'm sure your no where near starting but I want on it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Imaginary or not I want on the list for the flipper!

Hey, right now it's all those questions plus "What does it look like? Pics?"

If you give us some info, that's one less question to worry about.
 
I followed the ZT0551 thread and waded through all the crap until I decided to just look for Thomas', Rick's or Dave's posts on the details. I never called anyone. I got on the waiting lists. I placed my order. I waited patiently. Then I did it all over again for two knives that are at my house and I have never been able to get home to open either box.

So secretly email me the info because I won't be whining or gossiping with the eight people that will post 1000 times each about what when why how.

I do love the idea of a longer flipper though. Sign me up for two (again)!!

Anyone can steer me to a post by Thomas but I haven't read anything about a longer blade - which I'll be all over - except forum members posting.

Bring us a 4 inch flipper!!! :thumbup: :D

Thanks! I'm loving the ZT/Hinderer collaboration. I saw the two logos, and thought the Hinderer horse head was somewhat "Z" shaped, and would kinda fit the ZT Logo (after a bit of manipulation ;).
 
I agree that of many collaborations between several MFGs and makers, the ZT/Hinderer marriage seems "right" in a lot of ways.
 
See, now this thread is filling up with pictures of other knives, fake ZT logos, and speculative desires becoming stated specifications.

If you were to post some pictures of the prototype, though, you could prevent mass confusion about this model...
