New ZT0550 Thread !!!

Question to those that have received emails: Did you get an email or PM here or at your outside email addy? I have about 10 of them and Dave knows them all. Just wanting to know if I have to check each one to catch his message.

Yeah, I'm lazy. :p

I got an e-mail at the addy I first contacted him with, but no PM. Pretty sure he's just going by whatever contact info he put on his list in the beginning, which probably depends on how you got in touch with him in the first place.

No PM just and e-mail to my Yahoo account.

Email received, payment sent, I'm calm and collected:D

Thank god my serial #1 is safe, Dave assured me that it's been set aside. I let Thomas keep #2 though:p:D

Dave, Hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving............Just wanted to let you kow I just sent payment for the ZT0550. Also added the extra $3.00 just to be safe, have had some items lost lately. This will go nicely with the ZT0301 I got from you earlier this year. Thanks for doing this, I can imagine its alot of work. I can speak for all my bladeforum friends that your work is greatly appreciated.

Dave must have a USPS main shipping center off the back of his house. Its the only way I could figure he was able to ship my package at 3am :)

Whatever magic it may be its extremely fast as always.

0551 Finally!

There is no number related to the email. To really keep things simple, you are on the list, you get an email. Seems simple enough.

Not everyone made the list. A few of us are wait-listed for extras or people to back out. I know he keeps saying everyone should get one, but just wanted to know when to expect email or when to stop looking for it.

Not on the preorder list? The e-mail says he has 190 of them and he'll open them up to other buyers after 72 hours. Are they numbered?

That's good to know thanks. Thomas did show 0001 so I would bet they are numbered.

According to KG, after 72 hours from when he recieved the knives, those thwt do not send payment or fontact him will be bumped off the list. You can also check the thread in KGs sig regarding the status of any spares.

I hate to ruin your image of Dave's pimped out shipping center in the garage:D, but......

I do all of my shipping USPS Priority. With a commercial account at USPS I do all of creating and printing of shipping labels online at home. As soon as I complete a transaction, if I've provided an email for the customer and asked that they be notified about shipping, then they will get an email notification from USPS that I am sending them a package. It doesn't necessarily mean that I've been to the post office and dropped it off just yet though;)

Payment sent! Now to begin anxiously waiting and keeping a watchful eye for the mailman.
