Same here. Dave contacted me last week and mine is on the way now - a nice, short ride from Eugene to Reno! :D

Same for me :D...except I'm heading to the airport in the morning and won't be back until Monday :grumpy: My apt will keep it safe in their office for me.

I did call it though, my post from 12-07-2010:
All that are waiting, me included, should rest assured that USPS will deliver the day after you leave town for the holidays.:D

Dave said my was going out yesterday. I should have mine before this Saturday. I don't have it by then. I'll send Dave an email then.

Woo Hoo! I've just received an e-mail from GP Knives informing me that I am one of the top ten on their list so I should have no trouble at all getting one. The pressure's off. . .

i think i just found my new edc for quite a while

Mine arrived yesterday as well.

Thanks Dave, top shelf all the way!!

I like this knife, although for today at least, I will also carry my M4 ti military to compare.

Cant loose, 2 new ti framelocks in one month. Both fitting a necessary niche.

This ZT opens smooth and fit and finish are right up there. Well done.

She said: You're right; that's a nice knife.It's unusual-looking,but nice.

Later she said: Are you playing with that new knife again?

After supper, she said: If you don't stop yanking it out of your pocket & flicking it open, you're gonna wear it out! Does it have a warranty?

When I put it on the nightstand, next to the Incendio V3,she said: It's a good thing one side is smoother than the other!

When I asked why,she said: Because that's the side that was rubbing on your pocket, every time you got it out to admire it again.

When I woke up,the ZT/H was gone off the nightstand, and she had put the black Spec Bump in it's place.

Got to the kitchen, found a fresh pot of coffee and a love note, using the (opened) ZT/H as a paperweight.

Note said: Sorry! I was looking at it before work. It opens fine, but I'm gonna break a nail if I push hard enough on that locking thingy to close it.Love U!

Took my Nephew out for an espresso. When we returned. My ZT 0551 was waiting for me. Two days too arrive. Now thats fast service. Thanks Dave. I gave my Nephew my Old Buck 110. Now as soon as it gets out of this 20 F weather. a nice size branch fell in the yard. I'll see how this does. Pics. I don't have a camera. But you guys know by now what this knife looks like. Mine #58 sweet. I like the way it feels in my hand. Thanks Rick and ZT. One heck of a knife.

Best. Story. Ever.

Well, she got here much quicker than I expected. Picked it up today from the Post Office. It will definitely be my EDC for a while. Here's some quick thoughts and pics:

  • The G-10 scale has a lot more grip than I thought it was going to have.
  • The weight is just right for a blade this size.
  • Easily opens with a flick of the thumb stud.
  • Very solid lockup at about 50%; no blade play in any direction.
  • Very sharp out of the box; easily shaves hair.
