I could probably do the hawk cap at the same time as the bolsters. Don't know if we ever decided on the design, but I may be able to come up with something in NS to match the style of the guards on the other knives to tie them all together...
I sent an email with contact info, too, and I volunteered for sharpening. I see I'm down for etching, which I can do, but I think Deker might have claimed it back in post #168?
Yay!!! Just out of curiosity, am I just rough finishing until they go on to the handle fitting and such? And by rough, I mean 220 or 400 grit but fully shaped...
Meant the guards....do you want them soldered on prior to HT??????
