Newest ZT0770 variant

I deassisted my elmax 0770cf and while the detent isnt that strong i doubt it would open in your pocket if you have it all the way against the seam. It flips quite well with a little wrist and i can shake it closed when im done with it. Im even considering buying this one and deassisting it.

Why couldn't they have mad the 0562 in M4:grumpy:

I wonder what hardness they are running these at? Anyone know? I'd hope it's at least 60 or higher.
 
The KSF exclusive ZT 0770CFM4 is very nice but a little pricey right now at $238.95 considering the excellent ZT 0770CFM390 is $220. However, it's a unique offering in CPM-M4 DLC and different CF pattern with seemingly a 250 piece run (that's what was showing in stock when first posted). It goes well with my ZT 0777M390BLK!

It is crazy how much carbon fiber has climbed in the past couple years.

It's a real nice CF pattern. I ordered one around 3pm PT, requested a particular serial# and Tyler from your office said he'll try or as requested the lowest available one. Great CS.
 
I also really like the new "cobblestone" CF pattern on these. Wonder how much sleep I'll get if I don't order one tonight...

Glad I held off buying the Elmax a couple of weeks ago but can't resist the M4... Mmmmmm M4
 
Well, my decision not to buy one didn't last long. The looks of that new CF just stuck in my mind and wouldn't go away. Ordered one.... :)

very nice! tho can someone comment on ZT and their heat treat of M4? any concerns there?
 
What does dealer exclusive mean? Will other dealers eventually sell this model? When Knives Ship Free runs out is that the end of this knife other than buying used/secondary market?

Oh Derrick - I have managed to stay off the forums and put a hold on my knife spending for several months. However my 0770cf is one of my top two knives, and with this in M4, the DLC, somewhat exclusive, and that amazing CF pattern....
