NEWS FLASH! - HOLD THE PRESS we have a second winner!

You all are too kind, hope who ever gets this old stiff knife can enjoy it.
It's what I would call now a piece of junk, the walk and talk is really bad.

I've enjoyed reading all the posts. - Thanks everyone

I'm a huge fan of Todd's work... This one is a piece of art on holiday and it has great walk and talk of course ;)

Thanks for the chance and by the way: I love that belt buckle, too!

Very cool, what a generous thing to do! I've been admiring Mr. Davison's work for a while and someday I will own one as I've heard many great things. Cool to see an early knife from him...and my finger nails are pretty stout ;)

Number generator says "3"

slide13 Thanks for entering - Congrats on the win!!
- (I'll need an address)

Thanks for the help on the buckles Tim, very MUCH appreciated!

And thank you all who posted, this was a lot of fun. -

Have a great evening.

Looks like you have yourself an awesome knife, slide13; congratulations!

Thanks, Al, for sponsoring this generous GAW! Reading about and seeing photos of a few of our favorite things (can't you just hear Julie Andrews singing?;)) was informative and entertaining.

(Al, in your "photo montage" there's a B&W of a Hereford bull and an older gentleman - well, in the photo he's maybe younger than I am now, come to think of it - that is a real deja vu experience for me. Have you posted that here sometime before?)

I went and told her she had been adopted and she jumped up and went an packed her bags. She so happy to be going to a new home.
Her last owner(me) kept her locked in a box and only took her out once a year. He never carried her at all, and she felt a bit ugly.
But now she is so happy, it's like she's a whole new knife......:D

If you have any more "junk" laying around I'll gladly take if off your hands! :D

Congratulations to the winner! Very cool and generous Give Away. I would LOVE to have one of Todd's knives, and hope to own one some day. I chose not to enter for two reasons, 1 I have been on the receiving end of some amazing generosity of late. 2 I have one custom hand made slip joint and really wanted someone that has never owned a hand made knife to get it. Yeah, I am a touch jealous that I won't get it but I am very happy that I can be a part of an amazing place where these things happen and I can choose to pass in hope that it will go to someone who will appreciate it as much as I would. Such an awesome place with great folks.

Holy crap!!! I never win anything, I truly can't believe it. This is amazing, thank you so much!!! I'm excited to check this out, I love the blade shape.

Wow, just shocked!

Al,
Thanks for hosting a nice and meaningful give away.

slide13,
CONGRATULATIONS on Your "COLLECTIBLE FOLDER".
It might be a bit "stiff" but the file work is pretty cool and is a early work.
Todd puts His Heart and Soul into ALL of His Knives.
I hope You also enjoy Your buckle, Al and I spent quite a few months from concept, design, and having them forged.

Yeah, I think I have just the belt for that buckle too...it's a great piece of leather with a really boring little buckle right now, hoping this one fits as it'll make a nice combo!

This was a great thing... for a chance to own a great makers knife!
Congratulations

Good on you Slide-well done Sir-we should see some flicks of that knife here and there?
Al, Todd - thank you so much-as you said Al - a lot of fun, and its neat reading about everything that folks put up!
Todd - Thank you Sir for obviously looking after Al so well - or is it the other way around? :-)

Good stuff right here.

Wow!!! What a generous giveaway sir!!! Thank you so much for the chance at such an amazing piece!! Here are two things that are very dear to my heart! First, my little two year old Emma!, and second, my saw cut bone TC!
