Remember when GEC was sorta quiet for awhile, then came the 05 Keychain knife. I know they've been busy with a large run of Remington's, maybe heavy into the Forum knife, but I'm getting that itchy feeling. Then again, this is Thursday. I'm still at work. I shower on Thursday night's.

I'd like to see something on the Northwoods Bear Lake frame. It's like a slightly smaller Fremont and GEC has not run it yet. The 86, and whatever number they call the Bear Lake GEC version, and #15 farm & field glow in the dark is my next schedule update wish list o_O

The update delay is probably because hardly anybody works anymore so they want to confirm cover supplies.

I would like to see the 65 Ben Hogan.

That would be fun. When I first got into GEC, around 2015, there were a bunch of those sitting around on dealers shelves. There we’re a couple I really liked, but they took a back seat to other available GEC’s at the time, and I never ended up with one.

Well, your prayers have been answered. The GEC 73 Remington is widely available right now.

or, perhaps you don’t want it because it is widely available everywhere!?
To paraphrase…I don’t want to be a member of any club that would have me as a member. Applies to so many situations and some pretty good insight into an unattractive side of human nature….fallen into it too many times myself.

Yep, I ended up picking one up. It’s an anomly though thanks to the increased number and price i guess

I have an Ebony Ben Hogan 651112 Lockback even (1 of 25)
What I missed out on and would like to see GEC run especially if they do another Ben Hogan, is another Ebony French Kate Lady Leg
I'd love to have the Ebony FK Lady Leg to accompany my Ben ... but regardless of how I come about the Kate, she would likely cost (at least) twice what I paid for Ben, back in the day

One of my favorite GEC releases

GEC and their dealers will fall upon lean times if they don’t get back to smaller runs and more varied trim.

2600 knives in 6-8 different covers would already be gone. 2600 of the same knife isn’t interesting to collectors.
