  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Next in line...another Persian!

Greg, I know that these are simple but that's part of the problem. I think they need to be pretty darn nice to not stand out as a sore thumb. And I just can't do that with my current setup sadly

Obviously, I can't see what you imagine as the final outcome, so it's hard for me to understand your problem. Are you attempting to engrave a lot of identical and perfectly symmetrical stars? Or is it going to be a more random and natural star field?

Have you considered using a drill bit or center punch to create the main body of the star, and just using the Gravermeister to cut in random ray patterns?

Thanks Greg but I'd rather do it all with the Meister to get the result I am after, even if I can't say I am 100% sure what that is yet. But I know I need a better optical system, believe me.
