Good job........................

Those are absolutely stunning. They are so different from everything else. The pommel work is... Well, what is it? Is that something made by you, or repurposed hardware? It looks silly cool and the sheath looks excellent as well. Well fitted.

I'm not very familiar with your work. What's this about a khukuri?

The pommels look like jet engines with the rotors spinning. Be careful putting your pinky back there... it'll get sucked in and chewed up.

What's this about a kukri, Strig? That was an epic WIP thread Patrice did a while back. It can't be too hard to find with search. I recommend you check it out, it's good stuff and entertaining.

Thanks for the good words guys. They do look like jet engines. I see maybe a Jet themed knife in my future. ;)

The pommel are made from scratch Strig.

Won't do any good, Patrice. Boeing already awarded the 777XL to Seattle. :)

Thanks guys, glad you like the knives and WIP pics.

Greg, no idea what a 777XL is but now that hamster woke up and is turning again in his little wheel, I am thinking about all kind of air-plane themed knives...so many knives so little time. ;)

Just thought you guys might like to see a pic of me giving the knives to my brothers. They seemed happy. Next time I'll have to make them larger ones though. :o

Thanks, yes they were. Only downside is that the sheaths "loosened" from the time I made them to now. Not sure it that always happen? First time for me. I'll have to make them a little extra tight in the future or simply learn how to line them with deerskin. I did watch Paul Long's DVD a few time by now. Just got to get my lazy butt in gear. :o
