Nice Night Here

The thing with meth is that it actually fries the brain as well and that damage can never be undone.
The long term effects of MAP (Methamphetamine psychosis) are unknown
The leaders in the studies are the Japanese
They dished out "upper" pills to the citizens to help "rebuild" Japan after WWII

In the post World War II amphetamine epidemic in Japan, Tatetsu (211) noted that a substantial percentage of patients stayed in the hospital because of symptoms extending out beyond a year. He also compared the incidence of schizophrenia in parents and siblings of methamphetamine psychotics, schizophrenics and the general population. Patients with methamphetamine psychosis had a higher incidence of schizophrenia in first-degree relatives than did the general population, but lower than that found in schizophrenics. Both Connell (32) and Bell (16) concluded that uncomplicated amphetamine psychosis cleared rapidly unless subsequent drug utilization ensued, with the exception of schizophrenic patients (16, 32). Iwanami (97) more recently has described 16% of 104 patients with persistent psychotic behavior long after methamphetamine and/or the metabolites had been eliminated from the body.

That just pisses me off someone could and would do that to a dog.:mad:

I had a dog that was rescued from a guy that had over a dozen of them all tied in a yard. She was a great dog, but for some reason didn't like guys with beards.
They were starving and had turned to cannibalism. There was a news story about it that got a lot of attention so they most got adopted, some of them were in such bad shape they had to be put down. and here's the kicker, the guy wasn't some cranked up burnout, he was a county sheriffs deputy!!! I heard he ended up with only a fine, but I think he lost his job.

M, when we meet, we shall drink excellent beer, share excellent stories and an excellent campfire, and become excellent friends.

That poor dog! What the hell kinda person does that!?!:grumpy: If some one ever did that to my dog or any dog that i new at all the first thing that I would do is head over there with a really dull knife and a bat, Thats just sick. maybe some nails and a hammer to:)

That poor dog, glad he got a good home. I don't understand how someone could do that. My dog is like family, is a person was to harm him things would go badly for them.

Heres a link toFaces of Meth, a collection of before and after meth pics. Using this stuff is about as smart as eating lead paint chips.
