Nightstalker1975 James Jim Hurrey Scammer

I can certainly understand exposing crooks so that others will not fall victim, and I agree with petitioning the mods to ban them if it is indeed proven that they are crooks. And if a person is the victim of a crime then they should contact the necessary authorities, Paypay, etc. But I don't see the need to post their address and phone number on this forum.

And to suggest making calls to the police with false charges of wrongdoing is way beyond the line. And it's a crime. And promoting criminal behavior on this forum is very much against the rules (at least I thought it was).

Sometimes good intentions in the pursuit of justice leads to lynch mobs. What's the point of posting an address, with a map to their house? Is the next step going to be the suggestion that someone pay him a visit? How about posting pics of his children?

What's the old saying- the road to hell is paved with the best of intentions.

Ripping off someone is terrible, but some of the stuff I've seen in this thread is very disturbing.

if the number provided is James hurrey give it a call. I called and it sounds like he has a dial up connection. if you keep calling it disrupts his connection, no? . . . /QUOTE]

And disrupting his telephone service would be a felony of the fourth degree if committed in Ohio. Not sure about other states.

Here, you can find the statute making it a crime in your state: http://www.firstamendmentcenter.org/telephone-harassment-statutes

I didn't say do it, it was a question, calling a number that has a dial up connection disrupts the internet connect, no?

Also, that phone number is the police fax number, no wonder it sounded like a dial up connection! :)

Point of posting his address is so when he comes back to do more scams with a new email, new screen name, there's still a simple way to realize he's a repeat scammer.

As for posting his pics, seems to just be people saying we've had enough and if you screw our brothers over were gonna turn up the heat on you.

As for posting a picture of his house, I just found it hilarious he lives in a single wide and is spending tons of money on knives :p

NO, calling a phone number used for dial up does not disrupt the connection. It gives you a busy tone or will drop the call on your end. Just like when you call a number that is currently in use, you don't get to hang up the original call that is not how telephones work these days, much less digital telephony.

Definitely looks suspicious, especially with united's join date. I have sent him am email with a link to this thread.

Wait his name is on BF too? This is on instagram that I'm talking to him. From my screenshot. Also the city he is using is only about 15 min from the one listed by the OP.

I looked up "unitedwestand" here. I don't know if it is the same guy. I didn't realize that was an Instagram screenshot.

James Hurry is from PA also...

The BF unitedwestand only has two posts, both in the trade forums. I think the mods may need to look under the covers. Too many similarities. UWS is also a new member. Another red flag where a new member posts immediately to the trade forums...

I have his chaves 228 customized by recalcitrantamerica. not sure if I got it from him or someone how got it from him but the ebay seller was raven1975 or something like that. not sure if that helps or whatnot but yeah

*ravenangel75. and after reading this full thread, the chaves I have is 110% the one that was his that he sent in to get modded. like I said not sure if he is ravenangel75 on ebay or if that person got it from him.
