NMSFNO Pics!!!!.. . . . .

Convex edge + convex grind = Full convex :) . Convex edge + sabre grind = Convex Sabre (NMSFNO) :D .

I agree with Balislinger that it is kinda hard to justify a extra 250 for the LE when you can get a CG and strip it.

But to each his own!!!

I would call a sabre grind with a convex edge a sabre grind with a convex edge. ;) A "convex sabre" is like what we see in Fällkniven's A1 - a convex grind that does not start right from the spine of the knife like a full convex grind would, but closer to mid-spine like a regular sabre grind would.

When I talked to Kendra she said 8-12 weeks, and I can't wait. I ordered only one this time, and I know I'm going to regret this. The home move is eating a hole in the fun money:grumpy:.

Jerry, as far as I'm concerned you hit the jackpot. I have loved the hilt design of the SFNO ever since I got to hold one, but preferred the blade length of the FSH/HHFSH. IMO this is the ultimate knife:thumbup:. I will have to get another later and I will pay for it I know, but that's the way it is at the moment.

8-12 weeks...I guess its just in time for Christmas.

I guess thats good because I can save up some money by the time my card gets charged.

OK, so the NMSFNO is a sabre grind with a convex edge. Isn't that the best of both worlds, thicker spine, and better edge strength?

As I understand it, it's a saber grind only in that the convex grind starts somewhere in the middle of the blade and not at the top. I guess it's better for the logo printing. I wish they'd post some "Lunde" type pix instead of the few that are up. Oh well, either you have $327 laying around or you don't.

Just ordered mine. Hope the card doesn't get dinged for a bit so I can come up with an excuse for the wife:D

i used the excuse, well, to commerate my first born, i need a knife.

how could you possibly argue with that??

Born of 1/4" thick INFI stock. . . .

All exposed outer edges are Nuclear Meltdown ball bearing finished . . . .

The blade is just over 8". . .

All grades have hand finished convex sabre grinds. . . .

You can choose between machine grooved magnum handles or hand ground smooth ones on the combat grade models. . . . . .

There is a serial numbered Limited Edition with hand shaped . . . . .

Good luck HOGs . . . It will be here tonight!!!!

It is AWESOME!!!!!

Jerry :D

I know some don't like resurrecting threads, but this one needed it, cause the NMSFNO is just so awesome. Anyway enjoy the blast from the past. I was not around then, but managed to pick up a few over the last few years.

A basic 8 and nmsfno numbered pair! That would be very interesting. That would be very scary for my bank account.
