No offense.......but I'm bored

What happened to all those pretty girls I've seen in your past photos??

Here's an older Ulster Horseman's multi-blade knife. All blades are marked with the early serif type letters. Bird's eye rivets suggest a working man's knife as opposed to a knife for the "Gentry".

I just got this Black Bear Knives Trapper. It has some of the gnarliest, popcorniest stag I have ever seen.
Oh yeah, its a linerlock. I hope the slipjoint nobility doesn't tie me to the mast for 40 lashes...

Beautiful stag, Corey, and though it is less traditional, the open design makes it very easy to keep clean and oiled up. VERY NICE!!

Corey, could we get an in hand pic? I'm curious about thickness.

Here are a couple of early (pre-Sunfish Forge) Don Hanson doctor knives I pulled out of the closet that were a little dusty. Have enjoyed this thread.

That's some gorgeous popcorn Corey

I love those Bowies and the arrowheads. Might have to give you a shout about those....

Campbell, the handle is fine...just not the best photography in the world. Don made these for a customer many moons ago. They were black and white pearl handled. The customer's grandson swiped some of his collection, including these, and they were dumped in the woods. I purchased them and had Don rehandle them in ivory. The pearl was damaged.

Here is a fixed I like, a K-34 Dozier. Better known as the 'Squirrel Hunter'. I see he doesn't list it on his site any longer.

This is a little different. Camillus stockman in the Buck 300 series mold but with a serrated wharnie.

After collecting tactical knives for 15 years, I find the traditional patterns anything but boring. Picked up a lot of Case along
the way, but just got my first GEC; a burnt stag Ben Hogan. I'm a long way from being bored with the traditional designs.

Thanks, tleav61. It's not easy to find something that's entertaining for someone with such an impressive collection. A lot of good stuff from cnas1222 in the old knives thread and the customs threads.

Howzabout this'un? Tripping over the fine line between modern and traditional, an Al Mar Eagle from the 80s. Traditional construction, lockback, but with a thumbstud for makin' with the quickness! Super classy... This would be my choice if I were a tuxedo-sportin' secret agent!

(In my pocket at this very moment...)
And another couple snapshots from this morning...
On the ropes...
