anyone have the full size aluminum Becker scales that sh@rp made? I was fortunate enough to snag a pair off fleabay.. its the ones with the wolf on em.. pretty excited about these.
I tested a pair. I put 'em in the freezer to do a "winter test" and they stayed uncomfortably cold for a while. Shouldn't be as big an issue in sunny FL.
Ergo wise, they're very similar to the Camillus micarta. Fine for bigger hands. Maybe a little blocky for smaller hands.

I would admit, if it was a full flat grind, I'd probably be more interested in it. I know in a knife that size using it for steak doesn't make that much of a difference. However I have an elmax scrapmax (Thanks again biscuit!!!) that is my "go to" steak knife that is AMAZING! I swear I could slice atoms in half with it!

Thanks for the info Guyon. I was thinking they looked similar to the Camillus micarta because they are flat. I have pretty big hands so hopefully they will be comfortable. It's too bad Sh@rp hasn't been on in forever. His punisher BK14 and full size scales looked so damn cool. Anyone ever hear from him or what he's up to?
