I like that one piece shovel by Cold Steel, if I ever need to use a shovel, I think it would fill in nicely when a full size shovel is too much.

I measure my sh!t ton of rain water differnt too.
For instance, I might say, "We had a U.S. sh!t ton of rain last year, onnacounta El neenyo."
Just sounds more natural to me. Them euro-boys like mectricks, but bein' an 'Merican it just seems more down home. :)

My truck is so loaded down that space is precious. Size matters.

There are some good suggestions here. I didnt think of a gi shovel and didnt know glock made one. Was thinking cold steel made one but hadnt looked into it.

All those options look interesting, not to mention a few vintage shovels i found on that electronic auction site.

I carry the cold steel Spetsnaz shovel in mine and my wife's truck. Tuff as nails

I was leaning towards the cs shovel, i really like the wood handle. I figured id throw an offer out there on a vintage German shovel to see if it would sway me. So ive got a vintage german shovel on the way. Ill post pictures once i have it.

The cs shovels arent going anywhere so i can snatch one of them up at a later date.

Ah summer.

Stay cool friends.

The weather here is controlled by my boss. If he wants to make it stupid hot, hell schedule me to work in an attic. If he wants it cold, wet, and windy? You guessed it, hell just schedule me to work outside all day.
"And, can you hurry it up?! I got customers waiting on that."
Triple digits, perfect day for torch cutting, grinding and welding, lovely.

That's tough to watch. not quite as bad as those Russian's doing one arm handstands at the top of skyscrapers, but still.
