And we've all had (or still have) a loose screw anyway!A loose screw isn't going to matter much to people on this forum. We all have torx bits and Loctite and we can tighten a screw.
Yes, he received multiple likes. I trust there isn't an issue with that.

That's not harsh! He's got the munchies! He didn’t have an issue with it.
He just didn’t understand it.
Ease up. No need to be harsh.

True. But from what I gather ZT having these issues is pretty rare.So she tells ZT she would rat them out online and comes here to do it. Granted it’s only been 4+ hours but she may have disappeared. If she does return and is sincere, I will repeat what others have said. Folding knife enthusiasts need to be able to do minor service and tuning of their knives. Granted a new ZT should be perfect other than needing some break in but tightening screws is child’s play.
I trust there isn't an issue here.

No, wait, Im sure this person thought of that right? Right?Did you try tightening the screws?
OK. Let me get this straight.
1) We have a stretchy-pants-lady, who is a self-admitted attention seeker, and is an adult with an Instagram filter photo of her with a binky, and has yet to even acknowledge, never mind apologize for an incredibly insensitive and offensive remark she made in her previous thread.
2) On the other hand, we have ZT. A well regarded company with tight QC standards, and some of the best customer service in the industry.
3) This attention seeking, stretchy-pants lady, claims that she gets a bad ZT knife. Ok, that might happen. Every company has a lemon slip through every so often.
4) Instead of sending it back to the dealer for replacement, she sends it to CS at ZT. She CLAIMS they failed to fix it. Even though, as mentioned, they have a stellar reputation, and the source of our information is.. well... ya know.
5) Again, now for the second time, instead of sending it back to the dealer, she sends it to ZT, but this time, demands that ZT do what she should have asked the dealer to do.
6) When ZT doesn't want to do the dealer's job, stretchy-pants tries to strong arm them by threatening to bad-mouth them publicly.
7) When ZT doesn't bend to her will and whim, she posts a whining thread on BFC.
Do I have everything right, or did I miss anything?
Yeah, this really needs to be in GBU.OK. Let me get this straight.
