So WW sent me a nice little Schrade. I really like it. It will for sure get some pocket time. Thanks

I have one just like that, except mine is a Uncle Henry... Made by Schrade, I have EDC this thing for at least 25-30 years. Great pocket knife style.

When I was a kid growing up in "lake effect"-land ('burbs of Rochester, NY) we used to tunnel under the snowplow banks for hours. Most years there was also enough snow in the yard to dig a cave that maybe 3 or 4 of us could get into - sitting up. Once, we even made 2 and connected them with a tunnel.
Bladite - I am loving the contractor bag tip. Hopefully be able to try that later this winter, as we almost never have enough snow to make one without first shoveling it into a big pile.

Well I'm finding out that its next to impossible to potty train a puppy when the windchill is 20 below zero. As soon as I put her out she turns right around and looks at me like I'm stupid. We specifically bought a golden retreiver because of there non agressive nature and there intelligence. Evidentally, there so smart that they know its much more comfortable to sh!t in a 70 degree house than it is on a frozen snow covered ground. I shoulda gotten a stupid mutt that didn't know better.

Hey Moosey! Good to see ya back around!

When we were kids, we used to dig out this deep ditch when it filled with snow. I'm talking big ditch. There was a big culvert in the ditch, where the tractor crossed to get into the field. We would dig about a 20ft tunnel to reach the culvert. It was dark as could be in there, and we would dig a small hole on the other side to let a little light in. I was always amazed how warm it was in there. We used to have a blast doing that.

And I thought it was tough to get my heelers to go in 20 deg weather. :D:D

The Brute has departed Canada, say again, the Brute has departed Canada.
