Noblie Custom Knives – New Handcrafted Folders, Fixed Blades & Engraved Art Knives

New Custom Folder – Damasteel Blade, 63 HRC | Noblie Custom Knives

Hey folks,
just finished this one in the workshop and thought I’d share a few shots.
This piece features a Damasteel blade hardened to 63 HRC, with that clean, tight pattern we all love seeing under good light. The action came out silky – riding on our tuned ceramic bearing system.
Handle is titanium, anodized in two tones for some depth — shifting between bronze and violet depending on the angle. Hardware follows the same color palette, including the sculpted titanium clip and pivot collar.
Everything’s been hand-fitted, finished, and tuned for that solid lock-up and drop-shut feel.
Always open to feedback and impressions from the community.
Thanks for taking a look!

That's my favorite one so far! I love that finish and pattern on the handle.

I teamed up with a colleague on this one. The goal: give a modern folder the feel of a katana handle without killing ergonomics.
– Scales: Grade 5 Ti, deep laser engraving, micro-texture for actual grip
– Blade: PM Damasteel
– Purpose: a usable EDC that nods to the sword world, not a wall piece

One-off knife will go live on the Noblie Custom Knives site soon.

Man, DamaSteel is the prettiest stuff going....!!!!!!!.........Love it........👍👍👍

Great job on that beauty......👌👌👌

We designed the sketches and did all the hand engraving for these Alexander Cheburkov knives.
Every line is cut by hand, every tone built layer by layer in titanium, with gold accents bringing the story to life.
What do you think about this style of engraving?

Hey guys,
A few people asked to see what the work looks like during the engraving, so here are some progress shots from a titanium handle.

This one is hand engraved (no laser/CNC). The early photos show the layout and the first relief cuts, then building the volume, cleaning the transitions, and finally the background texture so the figure reads better.

Titanium can be a bit stubborn, especially when you’re trying to get smooth shading instead of just bold lines — most of the time goes into tiny depth changes and keeping everything crisp.

Work shown is from Noblie Custom Knives.
If anyone wants, I can share what tools/burins I used and how I approach shading on titanium.

Thanks,
Aleks
