Northwoods 15?

I am so disappointed I missed these. You guys picked up some beautiful prices. Those black dyed bones are unreal.

You can be in my Northwoods losers club if you want - we put pics of the knives we didn't get on tshirts for all the members.

Those knife pics are reallly nice Al and Dean. I lean to the red sawcut as my favorite. They are all sweet.

Yeah, I leaned that way the first time I saw the Broadway Jacks. I missed them when they came out and only got mine because of the unannounced addition of a few of these when the Black Camel bones came out. Pure chance I saw them.

It's a great design whatever its handled in. And an unbelievably quick seller!

Yes, this Northwoods model just hits all the right buttons starting with a great frame, wonderful handle cover options, EO notch, hybrid blade design, great walk and talk (for the most part) wonderful build quality and very photogenic thanks Perry, Al, Ron, Dean, Jake, Derrick and others!

Thanks Perry with your tips I got my Ivory to function (close from half stop) with much more snap!

Hey AL, you nailed those pictures of the three positions! Very well done sir! Only three of my four knives are this way but still very pleased with the Broadway Jacks.

Derrick, thank you again for a superb SFO. It is interesting how things progress. With all the excitement for the newest and still forthcoming #15 pattern Scouts, myself and a few others here get to enjoy holding, using and admiring these simple but efficient works of art. Resting in the fact that we were lucky enough to be in on the very first run of these beauties! There are some knives that stay and some knives that go but these will never leave my home!

That's great news Lloyd! I hate to hear of any of my friends struggling with a brand new knife because it failed to live up to their expectations. Great news indeed!

Stunning pictures all.

I sure missed the boat on the red sawcut and orange bone Broadway Jacks. After feeling sorry for myself for a few days, I made things right by springing for the ivory. It will be in my mailbox tomorrow afternoon.

Not to sound like a broken record, but GREAT pictures everyone! I managed to get some pretty good outdoor light (for about 10 minutes), so I figured I would take a few pictures of the whole Bohncliffe Northwoods family! I figured that it may be handy in the future as a reference for blade size and shape differences. Plus, I like how they look together.

Wow, great shots Brian! I don't have a current or decent pic of it but let's not forget the Forest Jack in spear point either. Man, I wish I had a pic! Ok, made one!

A Study in Scarlet:

Bringing part of that study to the next page... excellent, Dean!

Thanks, chisumr!

somepunk, congrats and post some pics when you get yours.

Brian, that's a terrifc trio of Northwoods!

Thanks MMM! I an noot a huge fan of sawcut bone, but your 15 makes a compelling case!
Perry- I have no recollection of ever seeing a Forest Jack with a fat spear. That blade shape is my absolute favorite of all! I would lose my mind (and surely many dollars) if I were able to get hands on one of those!!
WOW WOW WOW!
Thanks for sharing!
Brian

Thank you AL and Brian! I didn't know about them either, if it hadn't been for Barry letting me know he had this one of kind left, I would've never known they existed. I missed out on a sweet green camel bone that a few got.

That is correct. Oregon, New York, New Jersey and California, I believe have all passed laws banning mammoth as well as elephant ivory.

Oregon's bill passed the Senate only to get stalled in committee in the House. At present it has no sessions or hearings scheduled and is functionally dead. Of course things do occasionally come back to life in the Oregon Legislature, so we'll need to be watching carefully.

Well, good news for now anyway, thanks for the update, PythonDR!
Here's another shot I just took for all you BJ Junkies, like me!
