The bk16 is so popular i could imagine them doing a stainless release. Its really the only becker knife i think they would do this for. Otherwise, it will be a completely new knife design.

Maybe we can get a bk18 but with the full size handle and a 13” blade. Something to replace all the discontinued machetes that isnt a khukri.

i do think someone makes a machete with a similar blade profile minus the harpoon part. Maybe condor? Its very pointy.

I looked around to see if i could find what i was thinking of and i may just be mashing different blades in my mind and thinking ive actually seen it.

That's a cool mod. Tho IMO, a nessmuk should have the tip higher than the centerline. Maybe at the spine - doesn't have to be a LOT higher. But without that, it's basically a humpback spearpoint. And I say this having tried to execute the design several times, and gotten it both wrong and right-ish. So I think it's hard to make a true nessmuk from any any known Becker without doing a major regrind, and even then the steel isn't really in the right place.

Watching tv gets old, and I get tired of being online, so it doesn't leave a lot to do. Still not feeling overly ambitious either. When I get my life back, I'm going to start selling a lot of stuff I don't need or really use. Mainly knives. I hate having knives sit around that I don't really use.
