Many of them are, in fact, very intelligent. Some serial killers have had very high IQs. Obviously that isn't the case with this particular idiot we have here, this boy is mercifully free of a high intellect.

Oh yes, many hi profile serial killers and criminals have very high IQ. In fact, some of the most wealthy business types are often Sociopaths with extremely high IQ's. First off, it is the FBI who investigate cyber-crime, not the State Police in the State where the company affiliated with the forum is located. Secondly, what is the nature of you association with the NSA? I'm quite sure the FBI will want to know what connections a self-professed ex-con has to it, unless of course by NSA you really meant National Schizophreniacs Association, in which case I presume you're the President of said organization.;)
