Wow, what a thread (&, yes I did read the "other" thread that was posted after this one).

While I can't agree 100% with Stolas's responses (The language, the # of them, & how you're coming off), I don't understand why this thread was initiated in the 1st place.

While it may be a turn-off that someone backs out of a trade or buy, as has been stated (I believe), there's been NO transaction, so why is this here?

Also, while one can argue about an "I'll take it" (An offer to buy), I can recall several different times that a trade has been called off after an agreement to trade. It can happen for numerous of reasons. I've had people say they've changed their minds, wanted something else, got a better offer, etc. I always thought the final say on a trade was either party. Unlike a sale, one is hoping to get an item for his/her item (Not $) & therefore, if either party isn't happy or changes their mind, that is their prerogative (For whatever reason).

So, while I think certain posts shouldn't have been made, I don't think this thread should have even been started.

Look At the emails. Look at the last one he sent. Stating that he's putting a Non Deal, because he didn't feel like showing a simple Pic, he Post a bad thread about me In the GBU. thats ******up, especially when He's LYING!!!

Right now I imagine you flailing about punching the air and screaming at your moniter. Face is likely purple from your BP going throught the roof. Maybe take a step back. And a Haldol. Maybe a Xanax too. You might find a bit more of a receptive audience if you'd just STFU and calmed down a little. Just sayin.

Actually. I am Perfectly Calm. Just adjusting My ... and making Phone calls on my Bluetooth to my 18 year old Asian Girlfriend. And waiting to get banned for defending myself, Like I see on here daily. Since I don't have 5,000 posts and sometimes have more important things to do then post after post, I'm Not In the untouchables club, and don't get to say whatever I want, when ever I feel like it, without getting infractions or Banned.

Can anyone say I was wrong in anyway for asking the condition or asking for a Pic of a $500 knife trade.

Provide one instance of a person being banned for defending themselves, should be easy enough since it's a daily occurrence. :rolleyes:

Now tell me Keith, What exactly would you do if someone called you a POS, and Posted a thread for anyone that wanted to trade or Buy with you to see??? What exactly would you do?? Especially if it was NOT true??

Actually you'd have to do NOTHING at ALL because your the Man with 25,000 Posts. And everyone would Instantaniously ATTACK the Liar With Viciousness.
 
By the way, I don't think you are wrong in defending yourself. I just think you are going way overboard, and by doing so you are giving people a far worse impression of you than longbow did.

I never said anything about your requesting a pic. My point was your delivery in this thread and how people might respond poorly to it.

So please, continue adjusting your *...* (meds? tinfoil hat?) Bluetoothing with your 18yo GF (I'm impressed) and play the victim. I'll continue being an almost "untouchable" as I have only 3k and change.

There is nothing wrong with defending your reputation, but in my opinion it is best to do so in a less hotheaded manner.

It is not the number of posts that someone has that gets other members coming to their defense. It is the reputation that they have within the community.

It would take me a Month to list all the people I've seen banned for "arguing" with the wrong person on here. You Know that. Everyone on every Knife and even gun and combatives forum Knows that. BF bans whoever they don't like, or whoever argues with the wrong person, at the drop of a hat. Just go to one of the Strider threads and see how many people are banned just from that thread alone. You can scroll down and you'll see banned after banned after banned.. Everyone knows this. Is this the only place you go? Go to BL of USN and you will see others say the same exact thing. I'm Just sitting here waiting for my Post not to go up cuz I'm Banned too.

See How Esav knows I'm really mad, but he Locks MY thread, leaves this one up for me to get bashed on, I politely ask him to Lock it too, because it's Pointless, and I get,"BACK OFF", "DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO". and I thought we where friends. well I'm Psycho so I guess was Wrong.

I don't use this icon often but I doubt there has ever been a time in the entire history of the internet that it has been more deserved. :jerkit:
