Hi all,

Just a quick note to say that 'new member' aussiedude (and Platinum to boot.... Unfortunately premium Membership doesn't equal premium intelligence...) PM'ed me and said "I'll take it" from a sale thread of mine. He requested my bank details and after I promptly sent them.... he went radio silent. Follow up emails have not been responded too. My feeling is that this joker is very new and very green as to the etiquette around here. Bladeforums sure does not operate like 'Australian Blade forums' where this kind of behaviour is common place and totally accepted.... Trust me, I know.

Anyway, a word of caution not to mark your sale thread SPF or to ship anything to aussiedude until you have received the funds.

Just can't understand how people think this is ok.
Saying I'll take it is like a hand shake......and I WILL take it. As will most members here. Unfortunately, some won't.

That sucks, feel for you. As a new member here myself I dont like to see this as it just in general is a bad look for all of us new members. Luckily I have had the pleasure of dealing with some very nice people on here so far and all the transactions Ive done have been very smooth.

There are some clowns everywhere!

Was a tight fit (the .195 skinny CG), but at least my BG ASH-1 is sporting a flashy sheath now... The clown never paid, never answered about half a dozen of emails... then 6 months later asked for another sheath to be made...

FIRSTLY:
I fucked up. I said I wanted something, got the info, I was haggling for a better price then I didn't get back online for ages. That is my fault, hands down.

SECONDLY:
There was no follow up. No WTF message, no nothing. Images of the entire conversation and message history are attached below for you all.

THIRDLY:
I apologised and asked if a sale was still possible. This person could have sent me a post saying what the fuck, they didn't. Instead they made a thread rubbishing me. Fair enough. Take it for what it is. You have all the information in screen shots below.

FINALLY:
Y'all people read this OP and didn't bother to fact check? You didn't check my buyer history to see if this seemed odd?

Yeah, nah. After re reading it my last reply to the OP was asking if the price included priority shipping and to see if he would take trade. I was haggling to get a better deal. I get it, I fucked up. I was away from my computer for a LOT longer than I wanted to be. Such is life, fair cop, i'll take it. The assertion that the transaction was over and that additional contact was made is FALSE.

If I deserve a pineapple, i take it and keep on marching. Don't throw shit at me if it is not deserved.

Given all this, is it fair for me to create a "BAD - CAUTION WHEN DEALING WIHT "lozdesign7" thread?

I mean, not only does the user lie, he also does not give the person he has a grievance with the opportunity to respond. Is that fair?
