I live close enough to my work that I usually head home for lunch. This is especially handy knowing I have new knives waiting  These are just some quick shots and impressions until I can get out tonight and use it.

This little knife feels great in hand. Nick does the best knife handles that I've grabbed onto. The scales are full and contoured and fit my hand perfectly.

I know many are not fond of the choil, but man the plunge line sure looks sweet. And it doesn't seem to get in the way at all. Nick does the most symmetrical grinds I've seen on a custom knife too, both sides are a mirror image of eachother.

Geez what a pair is right.... I like Nick's work,I like the choil and his thumb control notches...He makes a perfect anytime anywhere,do all blade...I really like the scale down version...and the neck sheath is Great....I hope to see a order form float around soon... I know he is still working on the forum knife...

man.. that is a great looking combo... that looks like such a handy little woods knife... if it's anything like my other NWA knife i'm sure i'll love it...:D

T-- any chance on you bringing that bad boy this weekend...

Whoa. That knife looks great in your hand. I can't wait to to get an up-close look at it.

I set out to not really hike, but just find things to cut and take some cool pics of the knife :D I sat down and did a lot of whittling and the handle is really comfortable. Nice thick grip didn't fatigue my hand.

very nice.... looks like a perfect little hiking knife... that handle does look pretty right on...

Thanks Thayne, like I have said before, your pics turn out great:thumbup: I wish I had a spot to hike to like that. Where I live, it is basicly, a concrete jungle. I look forward to reading all of the responses of all who got in the pass around. This should really be cool.

Jesse, my e-mail is as follows nick@metricsunlimited.com if you have any questions.

Nick:)

I can seem to take good pics outdoors, the autofocus on my camera is pretty sharp.

This knife is really fun to use. It's light, stout, but still a great little slicer. After all the wood cutting it was still razor sharp. I cleaned it up then used it in the kitchen where it performed better than our paring knives. Regardless of this becoming another forum knife, I want one!

:D BTT...I got notice that it is inbound to me next so after I receive it and have my time with it I'll post pictures....next inline please pm or email me your address....I will have info ready to ship after my time is up.
