I'll be there at the opening on Friday with two of the guys from work. :D
 
I'll be there. I'll be that frustrated guy who miscalculated the amount of dough needed to buy even one knife. Seriously we should figure out a way to identify one another. How about we all wear a loepard scarf tied around the neck :D .
 
Name tags, name tags! :) We will all be gathering from time to time outside the exhibition hall itself. I don't know how this new place will be set up, but I'm sure we will be able to get together for show'n'tell. Bladeforums guys are usually a pretty good-sized group.
 
I have it on good authority that custom watch maker Bill Yao will be visiting the show.
 
I'll be there Fri. and probably Sat. as well.:D :D The only problem the Hotel Pennsylvania has is that there is no longer a bar on premises.:rolleyes: Several years ago, they closed their very famous "Penn Bar" and made an escalator out of it.:rolleyes: There are, however, numerous other watering holes in the area.
 
Use Phil stuff..SOMEONE WILL WEAR A SIGN, WILL WORK FOR KNIVES.

THAT WILL BE OUR POINT OF CONTACT.

If I get in early I will wear it..

Hell, if Rugger ain't going then what point is it for me to show up? Damn you, Rugger! I don't think the show will be worth it for me if you're not there. ;) :p

I'm really bummed about not being able to get up there- I can't get away from work & I'm broke as well- sort of a double anti-knife whammy. It would be good to get up there & see all of you again-
Let me know if any of you guys are ever in the VA Beach area-
