Intolerance is the problem. My sister was oustracised at a posh liberal school, pressured by her dorm sisters to have a token lesbian affair,which were fashionable at the time.
No State should make one pray at private or state employement. But those wanting to do so should be allowed. If it's your 20min break I don't care if you pass it standing on your head saying Hare Krishna.
I'm afraid these anecdotal horror stories from both sides only stress letting people be free, not one side being better.
