I tend to believe the "psycho" was on anti-psychotic meds because he was a psycho....but if you would rather blame meds, that is your choice.

I'll blame the person that did it....psycho or not.

Expeditiously... absolutely! In open and closed cases such as this, we should spare the taxpayers the burden of incarceration and years of appeal sitting on death row (with cable tv of course...) as this just adds insult to injury by forcing the taxpayers to spend millions of dollars in the process.

Give the dirtbag his right to a speedy trial. Very speedy..... like two weeks. And then proceed directly to the noose, chair, or injection table to exercise the punishment according to law and be done with it.


I'd go as far as making the execution public. hmmmm.... pay per view???

Is there anyway we can have a doctor ding a data base and make it a little bit
harder to buy a gun? For example. BGC, money, gun. (easy)
BGC + sigh-ki-a-trist,(hold)
Make that person wait a few extra days.
If they act irrational because of the ding, be polite and tell them
"We are looking into it.") (This would be for gun stores)
 
John Dillinger came from a decent background but was a killer. John Wayne Gacy was a politico who posed for a picture with Rosalyn Carter. Jeffrey Dahmer worked a regular job and seemed like a nice guy. And that nut Dupont was filthy rich yet drove a half-track up to that coach and killed him.
A determined killer will get weapons, legally or not! Don't blame the weapons; blame the idiots who use them wrongly!...:grumpy:

if the pen is mightier than the sword, and it's illegal to carry a sword, i think anyone with a pocket protector full of pens should be considered terrorists!
