Man, dinner was good tonight.
Last week, my wife saw this recipe on a Campbell's soup can and tried it.
The result was so good I helped her make the dish again tonight.
Chicken and cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. :thumbup:
We melted a little extra cheese on top and added some chopped tomato and cilantro to garnish.
I also put a bit of green Tabasco on mine.

The Yuengling is twist-off, but I still let the 11 feel like it was a bottle-top popping badass.
