Most padle holsters should do just fine, but I feel like they create too much space between you and the gun thus making it print more. Everyone is different, if like my boss you need to take it on and off often the a padle makes it easier. I kinda like the leather holsters with belt loops with snaps on them.

This is why I don't use mine. I feel like the gun is way too far away from my body.

Nice choice on the CZ, clich! I've had the CZ75B Compact for close to 10 years now and really like it. It's got an awesome fit and feel in my hand, points where I want it to when I draw, and doesn't make me feel like crap when I'm done shooting it!

I carry mine in a Crossbreed Supertuck. I've never been comfortable with a paddle holster, especially one that uses pressure for retention. I sometimes carry a 1911 in a nylon paddle holster that snaps for retention, because it'll pull out clean once unsnapped.

My EDC, though the TLR-2 only rides on it when it's at home.

Yeh I'm worried about things like that as well. Belt holster it is

pancake holsters tend to be the most concealable as they smooth out the contours of the gun.
Carrying a pistol concealed requires a re-evaluation of your wardrobe and habits. Convenient is that the term 'wardrobe' suddenly makes sense. ;-)

Im looking at leather pancakes now. I figured now I can't wear all my tight fitting muscle tee shirts or tube tops anymore. Oh well gotta grow up sometime :D

One of the guys in my dpt. uses one.

I have seen it, and it looks pretty saweet.

I think you would like it.

My son loves his. EDCs it.

Edit: I don't think it is the combat master on second thought. However, here it is.

Does it conceal well? I'm not all to worried about a little printing, because I'm not concealing it for anyone else except the sheeple, but I don't want it.sticking out.

His conceals very well.

I have never seen it concealed.

I guess that is the point. :D

As soon as I get back from my ski trip I'm taking the class for my CCW, can't wait!

Lucky bastids. From the CA penal code:

A license to carry a concealed handgun or other firearm may be granted by the sheriff of the county in which the applicant resides, or the chief of the city police department of the city in which the applicant resides. Such licenses are issued only after finding that the applicant is of good moral character, that good cause exists for such a license and the applicant is not prohibited from possessing firearms. (Pen. Code, § 26150.)

I hear it's almost impossible in my area to get approved. Or maybe the chief of police of the county doesn't like my friends :P

That's why I love pa. Just an application and a few questions and references. No class to take

Man, that would be nice. Here its a $150 class, and a $100 fee. Pretty easy to get, but not cheap. I've been saying I'm going to do it for over a year now, but time and money. I will have a bonus check waiting when I get home from vacation, and a guy who will do a 1 on 1 class.

Same problem here in RI.
Too much discression in the the law means it will be abused by those in power.
If you know somebody: easy. If not: tough cookies.

We have a simple shooting qualification to make sure you can hit what you're aiming at.
I don't mind that there are classes in some places - I think it's a good idea. Many folks who would like to carry a firearm really don't understand the legal and safety implications of their choices, and I think it's a good idea to make sure that at least some basic level of information has been transferred. I believe this because it is the public that largely bears the risks of negligent behavior. Similarly, I think it makes sense for those who will use the permit (and the classes) to help defray the costs, as long as cost doesn't become a primary barrier to entry.

Clich,
I got the Tagua Leather thumb break holster and it works great. It conceals well and it also has retention. Its not super bulky either. Can post pics if you want.

CZ is a good pistol.
I've never had a problem concealing w/a paddle holster - or with it trying to detach when drawing, and that was with a 1911.
