Thanks Dubz. I'll be honest, I was not a fan of it. Finally got to kill that abortion of a thread I started awhile back though. That felt good. I tell ya holding out for something you want like that is for the birds. Instant gratification is where it's at.

Last night I glued up some handle slabs to be ready to finish a knife on the first day of 2012. Yeah!
Did that today, then started taking apart the dualsport to get it running for the lady (priority!), and started disassembling a craigslist treadmill for the motor to begin building a real belt grinder for the knives.
Starting this year right with progress all around.

I didn't drink, but the missus got a hell of a workout last night.

Her migraine medication seems to be the magical hangover cure, she pops one of those and is right as rain in half an hour. Myself, I rarely drink, so no worries about hangovers for me. You slackers should drag rear over to the chatroom. Just me and Psyop right now, and I worry he might try to touch my naughty places.

Remember the retainer I made out of aluminum for my 9? I had that stuck in the end of the bit extender, and pulled the shock cord around it, like you would a firesteel. It worked, but wasn't overly convenient.
