Buy this:

Two bucks. Makes a piece of jute twine burn for 20 minutes. On a cotton ball, same thing. You'll never use vaseline again. Makes a great leather treatment to waterproof and condition. Cleans and protects wood handles. Seals wounds and heals dry skin. Smells good and works on dreadlocks too.

Beeswax is a frickin' cure-all.
I just made some hair sticks out of curly maple scrap and then hand-buffed them with beeswax (got a 1 or 2lb block around here somewhere).
Flitz Gun & Knife wax is part beeswax, part carnuba, with a carrier of some kind. Snow-Seal is softened beeswax with small amount of carrier to keep it soft. Just don't get it on your glasses...

Updated my Wave sheath. Used SuzukiGS750EZ's idea of a pen clip, to add to the extender to keep it from falling out:

Your Wave sheath is a little different than mine but I keep a mini Bic in the front pocket of mine.

The black Wave comes with the molle sheath, but I wanted to carry it on me all the time, so got this one.

I am starting a new diet for my new years resolution so no more boos, so of course I had to drink as many kinds of alcohol as I could before the new year. For some reason I don't get hangovers, I just sleep a thousand years.

That's a good question and I have no idea. This stuff does have "petrolatum" (?) in it which must be what makes it burn so well.
