There are many people who spend very little time thinking about the world they inhabit.

I did start measuring it, I measured the serving size out one day and realized I had been drinking like 800 calories of creamer.. not quite 800 but close. I stick to 140 calories worth for 4 cups of coffee now. I cut out the sweet tea instead..

I cut sweet tea and creamer. I did not give up booze in any form.

I was told my car was fixed, I have a hard time believing that.

I'm really not happy. The whirring/groaning/grinding DIDN'T start before the pothole. I was told that "it's normal for a car with 157,000 miles on it"

Almost forgot to tell you I am sorry, Todd.. I wore my new TMHUNT shirt to get some dinner the other night.. as I am waiting for my order this guy starts telling me how cool my shirt is and ask about your company as he is telling me he collects knives.. I tell him to look you up on the web and was expanding on your talents (I was digging in my wallet for one of your cards too) when he tells me... "Yeah, I lost the sheath for my knife and now it is really dull, it's hard to keep it sharp when it is rolling around in my jeep." he says "Yeah, i have a BUCKNIFE (he said it like I typed it), it's a great BUCKNIFE.. I really like the BUCKNIFE style.. It's made by a company called.. well I think they are called BUCK." "I want a new custom made BUCKNIFE to go in my jeep."
At this point I was laughing inside a little bit, I close up my wallet and put it back in my pocket.. I told him about Ka Bar and Becker and the BK3.. The BK3 is a great jeepbucknife... (It actually would be perfect for what he wanted it for)
So if you get some guy inquiring about a custom BUCKNIFE.. sorry about that ;)

Hahaha... I had a guy ask me about a sheath with all the bells and whistles gave him a price after he mailed me his knife... Told me to make the cheapest sheath as possible.... I sent him his original sheath and knife back with a note saying "this is the cheapest I can make"

Fantastic. Its like we all share a brain. Hahahaha. It takes all types to make the world go round. A lot of times people think they can impress others by saying shit that they're think the other person knows nothing about.some time there wrong. LOL. Makes you wonder how much bullshit you believe and listen to on a normal basis doesnt it.

I've heard engines with 300,000 that didn't sound that bad. 157k is not even high mileage in my book.

Neat Blade, Trade. the bolster is looking at you.

Rescued my gumption from a slump and got a keychain bottle opener heat-treated and finished polishing a paring knife.

Is this your first keychain bottle opener Daizee? I dont remember seeing one....

ha. well.
It's a collaborative side-project. So I've prolly made half a dozen and shown exactly none of them.
There's a bunch of stuff going on in the background here. Nothing fast, but some progress bit-by-bit.

My old fire department's 1949 International "Attack Engine" (with a 200 gal tank) with 280+K on it ran smoother than that.

Every now and then I make up some complete totally off-the-wall nonsense about metallurgy/knives/etc and just sit back and laugh 'cause everyone believes it. Bwahahahah!!! Now y'all will never know when I'm yankin' yer chains.... :D

just kiddin'.

Trade, that is gorgeous! It's a shame that BHK went under but I'm curious to see what comes out of this.

Until the pothole she ran beautifully, I was actually getting compliments on how well she was running. She would throw you back in your seat from a roll at 30.

This is a good time to break the streak and show those bad boys!

Now, that does sound like something we need to see pictures of.
