Ah, gotcha. I may need to contact Mr. Siegle, his Jungle Knife is popping up a lot lately.

Only a few hours left in my cube. I'm splitting out of work early today to head downtown to file some paperwork. This sounds like a good excuse to stop by one of Indianapolis's fine breweries located downtown. :D

Do it! His jungle knives look outstanding.... But then again, Dude, you have 2 M-18's!

The Boss has one that he let me inspect a while back, I was quite impressed for whatever that's worth.

On another note, headed out for a few days to a place with little to no InternetZ. On yet another note, I've been on a brewing kick and think I'll teach dad how to brew allgrain, also there's ham there. (also gonna pick up my desktop from being repaired--been stealing the wife's laptop for weeks.)

Too much to do, no time at all.

i have it on good authority that you are reselling ontario knives with your name on them?

No, that's just confuzzlement caused by the rhyme. But I do have a couple NOS Camillus blades (from before they went belly-up) that I could etch my mark on if you're interested :p

Speaking of "some people will believe whatever you tell them"...

pretty cool link to an old thread here about different blade steels was posted over in general knife. Though you guys might be interested:

Be real careful what you conclude from that thread. There's a lot of data in that guy's charts, but there are also serious problems with his methodology and a fair sprinkling of utter bullshit. The graphics are pretty, though...

You dont see many knives designed with a 2 handed handle..... The handle on this is 8"

But maybe the blade is too wide for the handle?

if you want a sword, just draw a sword. :D

LMAO, you know i have thought about that a lot really... And eventually ill get a sword, probably start with just buying a 9260 steel Katana... but right now im really loving big WIDE blades.

After using the Giedymin quite a bit i have decided that on a blade that big... and bigger, because this one is a bit bigger, id prefer to be able to swing it with both hands. I can get a lot deeper bites with both hands on a blade this size... The giedymin was designed for 1 hand.. but i can still wrap my other hand on that handle and go DEEP... But a handle designed for 2 hands would really be the ticket for me "i think" :D

Oh, you mean like a double-bit Axe? :D

That looks like a Miller Bro's Blade If I have ever seen one.

Like one they already make, or something they would make?

It was more inspired by the Keffeler silverback... Just larger blade and handle, and shaped/contoured for 2 hands.

Hey WW, you could get three or four hands on this handle if you had 'em. Chops like mad, nice wide blade. ;)

I like it Daizee, Just make the cutting edge 15" and were all set :D

if you put another head at the other end and wielded it Darth Maul style, you'd just about be there with ~15" of total edge!

My little one got up to bat in her first game, and on the first pitch, she crushed it. She's going to be a gamer like her brother.
