He will get around to it. From what I understand, he is a pretty busy guy.

It is normal for people to wait a couple/few weeks for Spark to approve the transaction, but he is pretty good at starting it when he approves it and not when you were originally gifted them.
 
I bet tradewater is out paddling his kayak with his Cold Steel shovel.

I have a lot of fun coming down and hanging out with you guys. Your family is great and anyone who can make sweet ass knives AND pick out a pup as good as Sophie is good to go in my book! Jesica really enjoyed her trip down last weekend as well... I think I'm going to have to order a Yuma for her sometime when things wind down.
I'm looking forward to the gathering, my boss was less than pleased about me taking more time off, but they'll get over it.

You guys are a bad influence! I just ordered six of these....one for each car, including the two grown kids, plus one for the heck of it....

My daughter won a triathlon this morning (women's division). Was two minutes off the guy's winner. Proud daddy bragging over now.
 
Tried some jute cordage wrap on my new BK11. Thought I'd share a pic, even though I already took it off. It was ok, quite comfortable, but the cordage is somewhat rough and way too 'fluffy' (tons of loose strings,...). Might have to try paracord, but I guess I'll have to settle for micarta in the end :)

So its a eating free for all here today.

Wife and daughter wanted Chinese so they went to a Chinese buffet. Son wanted McDonalds so the wife picked him up a happy meal on the way home.

Which leaves me.... I didnt want to go sit and eat in any restaurant, and i damn sure didnt want a happy meal LMAO

So i ordered me some Oxtail, Jerk chicken, and Curry Goat, the XXL platter, suppose to feed 3-4. Its coming with collard greens, rice and beans, and okra. Plus a side of Coco bread and some Kola Champagne.....

Now the reason i ordered all this because there was a special, and i had a 5 dollar off coupon that i had to spend 10 bucks to use.... So total with the delivery fee and everything it came out to only 15.85 :eek::thumbup::D

Normally a single platter and drink from here is 11-12 bucks. 7 bucks for a single meat type and 1 side on lunch special.... And its always worth every dollar at this place.

Now my stomach is growling and i cant wait for the knock on the door. Love me some Caribbean food, especially at this price LOL
 
Congrats, Jerry! So far married life for me is pretty darn blissful. Hope you have many years of happiness ahead of you.

Yeah boy! I haven't been able to get to my favorite Jamaican place in a while. It's called "Grannies" and man is their ox tail amazing. Their goat roti is also awesome. You can get it in two flavors too.....white boy and traditional lol. The looks I used to get when I would order extra spicy traditional scared some of the locals lol.

Grats on getting hitched Jerry! Well wishes to you and your wife from me and mine here. I wish you nothing but happiness together! The old saying is true brother "happy wife = happy life".
