Quite a few of us jumped on that DPX deal they have been having lately. I didn't care for the sheath though, so I had to make myself something more suitable to my tastes.

Hey D,

Are you bringing that to the gathering? Nice sheath BTW.

Also, have not forgotten about the SS bottles and cookware conversation we had earlier. Spoke to my friend and he seems interested in doing something - maybe a Becker collabo? ;)
He is working with an American manufacturer.

We should all discuss at the Gathering.

Man, Raquel Welch was hot in 1967.

This is fun... Sam Adams Hop Tour. Two each of three different IPA/IPL's. I had the Double Agent IPL last night and it was durn tasty.

Hey Guyon,

Did not realize you were such a fan of IPAs. I'll bring some Canadian versions to the gathering.

LOL! Just about to finish Saints Row IV. My next purchase (next week) will be GTA V. The reviews have been incredible!

My gf got annoyed with me playing Black Ops online all the time and bought GTA V for me the other day. I wasn't sure how much I was going to like it, but have been having a blast playing it. I've been doing missions and just driving around finding things to do too. The only things that have annoyed me were when I stole a tractor there wasn't anything that I could find to hook it too and you can't lift anything other than pallets with the forklift. Man could I have fun if I could pick up some cars with a forklift......:p

Got this finished up for my dad I think he has an axe problem now. He has been hanging out over in that forum way too much lol.

That looks great Psyop! Great minds think alike! I finished a double bit sheath for myself this weekend. Ill get a photo up shortly.

I gotta finish cleaning out my old apartment so I can get my deposit back. No GTA V for me until that's done. It's so much fun though.

Yup, it will be coming with. Looking forward to seeing what ideas we can kick around.

I'll admit the mall ninja runs strong in me, but at the price they were letting them go for it was a heck of a chance to check out a steel I had never seen at a hardness (61 allegedly) that I had never messed with. I had been eyeballing this one since it was announced, and price was the main deterrent, but that deal was too good to pass up. Not a bad knife. Certainly not a "bushcraft" knife but definitely not a bad knife. Fit and finish is insane though.

i confess i saw "the deal" and really didn't know what to think of it, and "meh", more into buying prybars, and chainsaws right now with my spending money...

probably vastly entertaining as knives go, but one has to pick and choose. sometimes. unless you're Guyon :D

Details sir. I have modified Stihl MS260 that we used when we were developing a new climbing cliff. Not a race saw as we needed greater reliability, but on heck of work saw!

Our realtor gave us the OK to get a dog as long as its under 25lbs. Well the Shiba Inu has a max weight of 25lbs for a male and 20lbs for a female. And its a great looking dog IMO, they say they dont do a lot of barking either, which is a plus, i hate chihuahuas, all they do is bark LMAO.

My wife seen these pictures and decided a puppy will make a great Xmas gift for the kids.. And her LMAO

Full grown and awesome looking!

Ok WW and all other interested parties, here's the scoop on the luckiest can. Two Can Dan, Todd's cousin decided on the kayak trip a while back that a shooting competition was in order. So they all picked a PBR canto shoot at and tossed them in the river for a little moving target action. Don't worry, we retrieved them. Then they used Todd's Glock(ugh) to use between the three shooters. Todd's target cam away unscathed. This delighted Dan to no end. He kept the can and made the "trophy" for Todd. Now here's where it gets smart. Dan is a commercial airline pilot, you'd think he was a pretty smart fell right? He made the plaque, mailed it for $12.35 from Indy (an hour away) and had me keep the secret from Todd.

Broke down and bought GTA V!! My wife waited for me in the car as I walked into game stop.... I run out with a cheesy smile and say GTA mother forker!!! She shakes her head and asked how much was that? Now go buy some groceries...

How much do you guys pay for games in the states? I got GTA V for $74 with free shipping from an online store here...Physical stores here though are selling it for around $90 to $120 for the standard edition.

$60 USD plus tax. For me it was a little under $65 with the sales tax.
