N/S is a classy look and goes with any type of scale material. Think of the 500 series..

I had to go with the antagonists. :D. But only because I would really like to see copper. It's more unusual, and therefore would be uniquely standout.

I went with NS but would be happy with either. This poll isn't very critical for me.

I voted brass, I have lots of knives with nickel silver bolsters, none with brass. I think the brass would be interesting and make the knife stand out as special. I also like the way brass can take a patina.

Here's to BILL BRASSKY.

Did I ever tell you about the time Brassky took me out to go get a drink with him? We go off looking for a bar and we can’t find one. Finally Brassky takes me to a vacant lot and says, ‘Here we are.’ We sat there for a year and a half and sure enough someone constructs a bar around us. The day they opened we ordered a shot, drank it, and then burned the place to the ground. Brassky yelled over the roar of the flames, ‘Always leave things the way you found em!'

Nicklel silvers is definitely my choice.

I would buy a brass one tho.

Thanks much to all who are making this possible. Is there a possibility of Buck doing the Schrade-type grooved bolsters? That would set this knife apart from most 300 series knives.

If they can please consider adding a poll in round 2.

I would just like to second this. I assume that grooving the bolsters would be prohibitively expensive, but if it is possible, I would really dig it.

I'm liking this build so far, good choices... depending on what is chosen for the handle material, I'd like to get in on it. Does it normally go to the end, then we find out the price? Then do orders? or what?

And incredibly expensive. Though I would much prefer it !

I'm not sure if it is possible. I'll see what I can find out. My gut says it's possible, but will be expensive to create the process for.

I do like brass liners and pins on a dark colored handle material but I'm not so keen on brass bolsters.
Any like copper looking bolsters?
