One thing that has been forgotten is that Buck can do pinched or grooved bolsters.

SK, is it still possible to discuss or vote on bolster decoration?

I can see pinched, grooved, and just because I feel charitable, scroll engraved (no thank you) bolsters as choices.

The Buck traditional thread has some very nice grooved/lined nickel bolsters. The gooved bolster looks great.

Just a thought as we sail head long into history.
 
I may be mistaken, but I believe SK said grooved bolsters would be expensive in some other thread, or earlier in this one...

Just read that in Page 2 of this thread... grooved bolsters possible but pricey.
